Four adults plus two concessions. £52 each for adults, half that for the kids and the rest went on booking and transaction fees...
£52?! What the actual fk. I could understand pricing like this if the game would be a sell out what ever the price - but £52 for a League 1 play off final is just criminal.Half the price of a season ticket at Bayern Munich.
I'm in block 116 so should be a decent view.

Hope it goes better for you than a certain legendary player turned manager at Argyle. Dangerous if it doesn't work, before you know it, it's New Year's Day and you are adrift at the foot of table.......just saying, like.
he's meant to be bringing in a decent back room set up to help him through the first year so hopefully.what is a plus for beattie is that he had a pundit contract with BT for next year - good money - down south etc - but he's turned all that down to stay at stanley.
Tbh Mart i did'nt think we would sell as many as the first time, i think things have changed so much financially in the last few years. Its a very expensive day out coming from down here, for Brentford its like us playing in Sherborne, and in that respect i think we would take a lot more than what they are on sunday??....if that makes any sense I dont think its a to bad a difference in numbers, we just have to make more noise !
Anyway nice to see sense prevailed with the banner in the end......Little Old Yeovil....come on you greens

Just under 47000 i think and the ground 9500 with segregation in place??
Pretty much spot on there. I'm not disappointed at the Yeovil fans, just the FA or FL who fixed the prices. We took 29k last time for Blackpool in 2007 and I genuinely thought we would take 20k plus this time. As Gary says, Brentford to Wembley is six or seven miles away so we were always likely to be outnumbered. That said, if we win tomorrow afternoon then I'd have paid double to be there to see it.

Looks like the League One playoff final will barely make 40k....
Ideal chance to make the final more affordable to all but there you go. Tickets will be sold on the day but Brentford have sold 22k and we've scraped 17k.

Made up, lost voice by halfway through the second half. Just cannot comprehend how my little club that was two divisions outside League in 1997 are now above Wolves, Sheffield United, Portsmouth... good grief, it's ridiculous.
Not a classic but do I care? Not really, Paddy Madden could not have ended his goal drought at a better time, Dan Burn signed off before returning to Fulham with a great header and captain Jamie McAllister played pretty much the whole match with a broken nose!!
On a personal note, I'e just started my book based on the first ten years in the Football League. Nearly 200 out of the 500 limited edition books were reserved before the season ended; I think today's events might just make it a collectors item.

That looks so wrong! Surely it should be Come On You Hoops?
Argyle play in green, 'little' Yeovil play in hoops.
Absolutely amazing effort yesterday. Even if you come straight back down, look at the teams you will be playing all season long!
It stands for Glovers, doesn't it? Am I getting the parrot?Argyle play in green, 'little' Yeovil play in hoops.

More congrats to Yeovil. Held on very well. A squad full of players willing to give their all for each other in every minute. It's what we had under Westley when we got into the league and hopefully what we can build again now he has returned. Delighted to see a smaller club run within it's means and competing above so many big spenders.
Good luck in the Championship, I'm sure you'll enjoy every trip even if you don't win a game - if the work rate of that team can remain the same even through the tough times next season, I think you'll have a good chance.
20,000 tickets sold for Wembley is just incredible too for such a small town and the price the FA wanted. I don't even think Stevenage would take that and it's only down the road for us.
WOOHOO!!
what a fixture list for us!! (Accrington Stanley)
first game - New boys Newport away
2nd - POMPEY HOME!!!
Thats going to be a huge money spinner for us - lots of pompey fans already looking forward to this game - with ex-saints man being our manager! *L*
few games after - chesterfield - two former accrington managers there... nice and hostile!
new years day - fleetwood
really looking forward to this season - lots of promise thanks to Mr. beattie.
though i would like to ask them why the fixture people thought bristol home and away on tuesday evenings was a brilliant idea.
