One win out of the last 8 isn't brilliant, but they're sitting 5th. What is a reasonable expectation for a club that lost it's manager to the Scotland job, and lost some key players? Got to be something else in it.
A bad start, started to turn it around but have really fallen away again over the past couple of months. How long do you give a manager when confidence has gone? For me, too hasty, unless they have someone lined up to take the job?

Suggested on the radio last night the players were not keen on his approach - Communication seems to be an issue. How long do you give a manager when confidence has gone? For me, too hasty, unless they have someone lined up to take the job?
The board perhaps don't fancy trusting him with the winter trandfer budget, and may indeed have someone else in mind, although the current favourite seems to be the guy who Clarke's assistant, and still there.

Big game for the Jumbos tonight. Hopefully they'll get pumped.
Didn’t get as pumped as they could have done. Plenty of effort from Hearts on a very wet pitch, but Celtic looked very comfortable.First 20 minutes Hearts had some fight. After the first goal their defence was a shambles. It should have been a lot more than 2.
What was with that linesman tonight? Waited an absolute age to flag offside which let the Celtic players run off to celebrate when the ball went into the net.
Then raised the flag when nobody was ready. Hearts got a quick break when nobody was in position.
Then the offside flag went up early when it was 100% clear it was Hearts player who played the ball back.
Puts pressure on Rangers on Friday night.

I watched the first half hour or so but turned over after the third round of IRA chants.
I never heard any IRA chants, but that's because I turned it off after the hearing the Billy boys songs. How did the game finish?
Sad reflection on Scottish football and culture. There'll be more of the same on Friday.
Questions should be asked about the state of the Tynecastle pitch.
