I'm guessing it's one of those questions where the interviewer asks if it's possible, Lovren says yes, rather than "who knows". To be honest if we lose the league we'll be mocked massively anyway for bottling it, so might as well go all in,

They managed to get a "we can do the quad" quote out of KDB the other day.

What Lovren should've said was, "We'll probably go unbeaten and just about make the top 4 on the final day"

Given that he is likely to start against Wolves tomorrow, why put yourself under pressure before a ball has even been kicked? If we end up losing tomorrow which is quite possible, he is going to look like a bit of muppet. Again.

What he said was not unreasonable., it just didn't need to be said - especially as it could fire up the next opposition. They are footballers not politicians but they are also mostly fkwits so you'd think they get some meedja training to stay modest and underplay these types of questions.

A few tweaks and its fine

Wolves have won their last 3 games in a row including beating Chelsea, drawn away at United and Arsenal and held City at home by taking the game to them.

Anyone else a little bit worried about tonight?

I worry about every game, the flip side to being just on top and not wanting to slip up.

But they will come at us which will help
