I’d be happy for any trophy tbh
I can’t see Klopp throwing in the towel willy nilly , it’s not his style & you should all be grateful for it too.
What do you mean ?? I can’t see Klopp throwing in the towel willy nilly , it’s not his style & you should all be grateful for it too.
Throwing his towell in ? we have a squad of 25 players there is no chance he will use our 1st 11 in the early rounds of fa cup and caraboa it will be a mix in fa cup i imagine and probably full 2nd 11 in caraboa ie clyne, matip, lovren etc
I just don’t think he will play a really weak team , Chelsea will more than likely win at the weekend as I expect your orrible lot will too making both Liverpool & Chelsea 7 from 7 . Not sure sending out a substantially weaker side will send the right message especially if you get beat.
Surely any fan wants their team to compete for every match & trophy .
Not having a dig , I just think Klopp will play a very strong team that’s all.

We have 2 players for all positions i woudl have an issue if he played kids but not if he went with a team like this
Migs
Clyne
Matip
Gomez
Moreno
Hendo
Fabinho
Kieta
Shaquiri
Sturridge
Origi
Whenever I see lineups like that, its like "Moreno" is written in big letters prefixed with "DANGER"...Migs
Clyne
Matip
Gomez
Moreno
Hendo
Fabinho
Kieta
Shaquiri
Sturridge
Origi
But otherwise that's a decent lineup for the Carabao, you would think.

Against lesser opposition I agree . Chelsea though are good team with on paper a better squad, Beating them would make everyone take notice & vice Versa I’d say .
Well your opinon is diff to mine, the caraboa cup to me is minimal immportance - i believe we can challange for either big one and I want our main players fit for that not getting injured in that crap Poch thinks the same for you

Can't see either happening myself.

8 players may as well be a whole team change.
Personally, I'd give all the non-regular starters a chance. It's not like they are all kids and it gives them some game time. If we don't play them in the League Cup, when are they going to play?
But then I'm not that bothered about the league cup... 4th priority after Prem, ECL & FA Cup.

It would be good enough for top 8
Salah up for FIFA World Player of the Year on Monday - which is being held in London.
Who is favourite? Is Modric more deserving this year having won the European Cup and got to the World Cup Final? Quite possibly in my view.
Ronaldo possibly tied with Salah for 2nd place IMO. Thoughts?

I'd agree with that - Modric I would say. Make a change from the usual...Who is favourite? Is Modric more deserving this year having won the European Cup and got to the World Cup Final? Quite possibly in my view.
