I think next week is the one for BB if you still have it, and FH week after (for those that have it)

I'm in the odd position of trying to 'block' my ML rivals, possibly at expense of rank. As my OR is nothing fantastic happy to do so.
Bit of cash at stake, not going to start my own hedge fund from it but will pay for a nice Hawksmoor smile
I had to Google "Hawksmoor" and now I wish I hadn't... my two pieces of toast & marmalade just ain't going to cut it now! grumpy

Strange week here, ended up on 50 points of which almost half came from Dunk, Evans and Reguilon). No contributions from Trent, Bruno or Jota and Aina blanked too. Had the right keeper for once too... ended up 1.7 million for the week and now a green arrow back up to 4122nd overall.

Will await the Champions League games before making any moves but costing myself 4 points this week to gain an extra transfer is definitely on the cards if I can find the right players.

What a nightmare. 5 players that didn't start and Kane as captain. FFS!

Nice one. I captained Iheanacho which was obviously the kiss of death to his recent run of form laugh

With Lingard in? 70.

Have no fear, I'll be back in the 40s again next week....

Conundrum ahoy! Man U play three times in a week while several other teams play twice.

The risk is costing yourself points to bring in Man U players that may not play all three. The obvious one is Bruno although he's had one goal and one assist in the last eight games. I reckon he's just worn out as OGS never rests him; hopefully tonight he leaves him at home as they're four goals ahead in their Europa League tie. I've already got him so will keep him and probably captain him.

So who to bring in then?

I have Mendy/Martinez in goal both playing twice so will keep both.

I have Trent & Evans playing twice with Aina, Dunk and Reguilon playing once; obviously this could be an area to exploit.

In midfield alongside Bruno, I also have Jota (2) with Lingard, de Bruyne and the injured Raphinha playing once. Again, maybe bring in a midfielder.

Up front, all three of my strikers play twice (Vardy, Iheanacho and Watkins) so will leave them alone.

No changes to be made before tonight's European game. But with seven players playing twice and one playing three times, I'm sorely tempted to cost myself eight points in order to get a whole team that plays at least twice. Time for another cuppa and a chocolate digestive, methinks.

Be careful loading up on United, Leicester, Chelsea & Arsenal.

Don't forget they all now blank in wk36, so you may benefit in 35 but suffer with less than 11 playing in 36.

That was the mistake I made last night when I knee jerked towards 3 Man U players, only to realise after that I now have 7 players that don't play the following week...doh!

Good shout, lads.

The number of Man U players that play all three will be very small, maybe none. No one will play 90 minutes x 3, I doubt. Would suggest that Bruno, Henderson and AWB are the most likely.

Drafted my original thoughts out and brought in AWB, Rashford and JWP for Aina, de Bruyne and Raphinha. But that will leave me with 3 Man U players + 2 Leicester players not playing in GW36. I can cope with only having ten players though, I think.

What do people think... AWB or Maguire for United... I already have Shaw in the team.

I'd go AWB but then I've literally just this minute brought him in..... hehe

Cost myself eight points this week to bring in AWB, Rashford and JWP for KDB, Aina and Raphinha so my team looks like this (games to be played in brackets) though I may swap my keepers over.

Mendy (2)

Evans (2), AWB (3), TAA (2)

Jota (2), Rashford (3), Bruno (3), JWP (2)

Vardy (2), Iheanacho (2), Watkins (2).

Subs: Martinez (2), Dunk (1), Reguilon (1), Lingard (1)

This will leave me with these players playing the following week - Mendy/Martinez, JWP, Dunk, Lingard, Watkins, Reguilon, Jota and TAA. I'll have one free transfer to make 9 players and maybe spend 4/8 points to get a full team up.

What would you lot do? I've got Armstrong from Southampton who plays twice or Kane who plays once. Who would you play out of those two please?

Kane on current form I think but it's a tough choice.

Thanks. I was on Armstrong originally so that I had the full 11 playing more than once, but I've now gone with Kane because all being well he will outscore Armstrong hopefully. I am really torn with the decision though to be fair as you say.

Another vote here for Kane.
