I'm (obviously) glad it'sbeen overturned- but I'm glad i don;t have to make the decision without the benefit ot replays, photos or time.
No grudge here
Im not bothered, you will win all the games he would have missed anyway and he is not playing to anywhere near the level of last season. No grudge here
If United had of got the decision overturned, I can only imagine the meltdown.

No, you might not have, but the spuddies & rest of the ABUs would
OTOH, the letter of the law seems clear & while it might have been a marginal call the ref made, arguably he got it right & they have just gone and undermined him and refs in general.
It will be interesting to see if we now see a a marked increase in the number of appeals on the back of it.
Equally, if they can overturn a red card like this, why do they not review some of the other decisions that have been made which were clearly much worse and more dangerous tackles than this which have either gone unpunished or just picked up a yellow?
I think all anyone wants is some consistency & clarity as to what the laws are and how they will be applied - and its high time they started dishing out cards retrospectively IMO - it would stop much of the nonsense that goes on on the pitch, overnight.

I know you'll link the Aguero goal, but you had the PL tied up and simply bottled until that point.
