Man Utd under Moyes (£60m spent) - 40 points in 23 games.

Man Utd under LVG (£250m spent) - 37 points in 23 games.

Based on that alone surely he has to go?
Moyes was very unfairly treated imo .

Comedy quote of the decade from Brendan Rogers about becoming United manager....

“When you manage Liverpool you know the Manchester United job is gone”

EFA

"When you're as crap as I am there's no chance" (is what I think he meant to say!)

Yes its alot of money and they are not all donkey's. I suspect with a different formation, strategy, manager they will be good players and come good.

I dont get why people get so caught up in the money element. When the best players in the world are costing 80m or even more now, then spending 20m - 30m on a player seems pocket money. Also the with all the money coming in from TV Rights, Commercial aspects we can afford it. When United or any Premier League club are sniffing round a player, im sure other chairmen add some zero's to the price.

Its not the total cost but the fact that he has spent £190m more on new players and our performance is even worse than before. Its a toss up whether its better to play crap or cripplingly dull but the points speak for themselves.

Moyes may have spent less, but lets not forget who nearly half of that £60m was spent on. Fellaini was not worth half what we paid for him>

He's in the top 5 worst value transfers alongside the likes of what the Dippers paid for Andy Carrol & Balotelli!

In all fairness, Fellaini looks you're most dangerous player & most likely to score for me.

Plenty of gripes, and yes about (lack of) excitement too wink.

I think we'll win, it's the pattern. But it won't be pretty, and probably a tad nervy. To be honest it could be win win, if we win then hooray, if we don't it could do for LVG, although personally I still think he'd survive. Team choice will be interesting.
