I don't thinm even the the most hardened UTD fan would expect jose to be in top 2 with net spend of 35m in his first 2 years ? Could be wrong though
You are wrong. Chelsea won the title with a net spend of 28m.

A year after spending about 90m? In 04/05
Considering how much transfer fees have gone up since then would not say I was wrong

The 28 billion they spent the previous few seasons paid dividends that year.

Spurs losing has left it wide open for us to overtake them. So I'm going with a 1-0 loss! biggrin

If we field our strongest starting 11 - which I think Klopp will given that he rested Mane and Firmino at the weekend - we should win this relatively easily. I am going for 1-3.

over this december period people need to get used to players coming in and out - there is no way we can play the same 11 week in week out
We have a VERY good squad and we need to use it wisely over this period - a good december you are in the mix of top 4 bad one and you are messing around in 6th

While I agree the squad needs to be used and we do have a good squad, one of the strongest for a very long time, we did lack a cutting edge against Chelsea in the first half in particular. Would playing Firmino and Mane been more productive - possibly - we do always seem to present teams more problems when the main front four players are playing.

You should join the predictathon next season and represent the LIverpool fans. So far, it's only a Saint keeping the Spuds from the top spot

think we have 8 games in December so we need to make use of rotation

I think Klopp is really conscious of what happened last December/January where we just fell apart due to a few injuries. I think he's just trying to manage the squad a bit better this year/Christmas.
