Appears UEFA gave Denmark choice of play last night or today. Not much of a choice that with little time to process and decide IMHO.

That, the broadcasting etc will likely be swept under the rug and things move on, but does leave a bad feeling for me.

Can't disagree with that. BBC blaming the official footage but surely they can cut to the studio, or cut it off whenever they want. As for staging the game - too much money at stake for them to abandon it..Although maybe abandoning it with a draw result might have been agreeable to both at the time.

If as is suggested he plays Rice and Phillips, I think one of them is going to stick to Modric like superglue. Southgate remembers the 2018 semi too well, I suspect.
