Ederson. Staying... Going.
Heard a snippet on talk sport this morning.
Ortega is pretty good, so there is that.
Bit conflicted on this. Ederson important to how we play but would not have saved the Son chance against Spurs and Ortega also pretty good with his feet.

Ortega’s save against son was then equivalent of Martinez’s against Muani in the World Cup final. Not only were they similar in how they were saved but both of them literally won them the trophy for their teams.

If Ederson goes I wish him the best but I’m confident that Ortega will step straight into his shoes from day 1. Great with his feet too

I think a lot of us expect so too, been following this team too long to take anything for granted. The silver lining is in the event they do scrape a win; getting rid of Ten Bob will cost them more in compensation- which they can ill afford

Convincing win for the team in sky blue.

Arsenal Fan here.

Whilst I have been on here bashing your current set up previously, I do hope you smash utd. The joy in their misery is a good bonding agent!

I live in the centre of Liverpool, they do not want a red victory.

The bookies don't seem to agree though - as I type Betfair have Man City at 1.35 to back with Manure a long way out at 9.6!

To be honest that 9.6 almost looks worth a punt given it's a one-off game between two PL teams; of course City will rightly start as favourites but the history of football - and sport in general - is full of strong favourites who lost. Genuinely hope you're not added to that list tomorrow!

It was great seeing arsenal not win again-at least you finished above spurs though……

Yea the trolling was expected mate! However, It was an exciting run in and with a chance on the last day of the season was great. We have to remember for 20 years we have been well off the pace. Interestingly I thought we adapted pretty well to the challenges (Jesus going off form, Timber and Party injury), which does bode well for the future. We will add a few players this season and go again next year.

I think there will be a few teams threatening next season and you lot will be right in the mix. like previous seasons against the Pool- I've really enjoyed having the competition through the entire season, last season you seemed to bottle it, this season did not, really good to see you still in the mix. who knows what'll happen next year???? Enjoy your summer and here's to next season. beer

If it's Pep's finale next season it may coincide with a few senior players deciding it's time to hang up their boots. At other clubs this would be a huge issue and start a decade of leaking roof syndrome. City is so well structured I'm sure the replacements are already on their way.

It may also coincide with a massive points penalty which will no doubt plonk us right in the relegation battle. Which in itself will be exciting and I’m looking forward to that!

75 point penalty will give us a fighting chance? lol

I also come in peace.
But I have to ask the question.
How the hell was Pep awarded manager of this season.
Ok Man City won the league for the 4th time in a row.
But Emery dragged Villa from 5th from bottom to top four.
Definitely deserved manager of the season .
