That’s a really st development. The covid situation is highly precarious and Scotland had been doing great as of late before this latest outbreak in Aberdeen. Will be interesting how this will be handled.
There had been a few times during preseason that tests have been late. What's the chances of getting the all clear in less than two days? Is sounds as if the Aberdeen player is directly linked to the cluster breaking out in the pubs. I'm sure Aberdeen will be angry if they know their players were at busy pubs. They are known to go to one of the pubs central to all of this.
Hopefully this entirely forseeable event has been included in the preparations and procedures to start up the season, and they don't need to have umpteen meetings to decide what to do. Presumably anyone he has been in contact with is confined to barraks for 14 days, so hard to see how thier games can go ahead in the meantime.

To be fair they could have got it from a friend, or friend of a friend that was at the pub.Is sounds as if the Aberdeen player is directly linked to the cluster breaking out in the pubs. Well hardly any of Aberdeen’s players showed up last weekend and the game still went ahead abzmike said:

Having a look at the forums the reports are eight Aberdeen players were at one of the main bars at the weekend. Idiots.

True, but it was only a small amount of people they were seeking to trace. From the cluster of 54, and 33 venues that had a positive case present, they were only looking for 190 people. That number seems really low to me considering how many people and staff were in the pubs.

Wow - McInnes will go radio rental... Maybe what they need after not turning up on the pitch - They should have been in hiding.Having a look at the forums the reports are eight Aberdeen players were at one of the main bars at the weekend. Idiots.
How bad is the commentary and coverage for Scottish football. Alex Rae is worse than useless. McCoist and Walker are also unbearable.
Sportscene on Sunday night was just uncomfortable to watch. Thompson isn't bad as a guest, but he's not a presenter. The rest of the team is really weak too.
Has Michael Stewart gone? He was the best they had.

An odd game. Bayern Leverkusen went through the motions and Rangers had zero intensity.
The talk now is all about Morelos again. He has been garbage for a long time. He looks overweight, slow and disinterested. Who is going to pay good money after the last eight months?
Kevin Thompson still rolling out the young player line just now.

Rangers going out with a whimper.
Morelos looks as if he's packed and ready to go.
It wasn't the best display, was it? We played a bit better in the final 15 minutes or so but I think that was probably as much about Bayer knowing the tie was won as anything else. Morelos looks as if he's packed and ready to go.
We were nowhere near the standard we were able to achieve earlier in the tournament.
The whole Morelos situation needs to hurry up and get sorted out either way, he's not producing anything at the moment so he needs to either go or if staying, get his st together and start actually committing to the team

If Morelos hasn't got a deal tied up he's stuck. Nobody is touching him now.
More like rangers are stuck because they have started using the Morelos transfer fee already! And as for Alex Rae pumping his gums about them holding out for their £20m valuation is laughable.

Another thing I've noticed, the crowd sound on BT and Sky is pumped up for the English games far more than anyone else.
Why are they doing that?
Probably fitting the crowd noise to the size of the stadium. The English games have been in decent size grounds. A game from Love Street would be a bit daft if it sounded like Old Trafford. Why are they doing that?
I heard a bit of the Rangers game on the radio tonight - it had no crowd noise, and sounded like the commentary was being delivered in a library... all very strange.
