Another thing I've noticed, the crowd sound on BT and Sky is pumped up for the English games far more than anyone else.
Why are they doing that?
Probably fitting the crowd noise to the size of the stadium. The English games have been in decent size grounds. A game from Love Street would be a bit daft if it sounded like Old Trafford. Why are they doing that?
I heard a bit of the Rangers game on the radio tonight - it had no crowd noise, and sounded like the commentary was being delivered in a library... all very strange.
The seagulls were the loudest thing at Aberdeen at the weekend.
There is a selective volume control.

The players will also miss the Hamilton and Celtic games.
I’m sure this will happen to other clubs over the season, but could easily be 4 losses for the Dons to open the season now.I've not seen any team going out in groups of eight and picking the busiest place they could.
This shouldn't happen again. There might be the odd case, but with the restrictions on football going ahead they shouldn't be anywhere near busy pubs.

They've called off the Aberdeen game.
I hope they have to forfeit the points.
At the very least they should not be allowed to play the affected players in the rearranged fixture.I hope they have to forfeit the points.
Again, I'm assuming this eventuality has been predicted by the league and agreed penalties are ready to be applied, not the usual bunfight about rules, sanctions, appeals etc.

My understanding is that the Scottish government stepped in to cancel the match. The football authorities would have forced the game to happen.
Despite backing Aberdeen to win on Saturday, I think it’s disgraceful if the game is not awarded to St Johnstone.
This is all of Aberdeen’s own making although in fairness they where still happy to go ahead with the game yesterday, chairman said its not ideal but they still play.
Does the SNP have the right to cancel a private event with no spectators?

They had to give permission for football to go ahead. This is all of Aberdeen’s own making although in fairness they where still happy to go ahead with the game yesterday, chairman said its not ideal but they still play.

As pointed out today the Aberdeen players broke strict rules put in place for football to go ahead.
