There are rumours on another site that Ade,Kaboom,Capoue and Lennon are persona non grata.
Poch had a talk on how he wants the team to play, a few didn't buy in ( see above) meanwhile the new kid on the block (HK) told them to shut up and do it. Chadli is one of the new breed hence him playing.

Now as i said only rumours, but who hasnt been seen for a few games????

Because playing Kane off Soldado means bumping Eriksen to the left...which takes a bit away from his game, and dropping Chadli.

Or playing a completely different formation.

To be fair, the only one who the new style of play might effect is the wage thief, as it involves him having to run around. I can't imagine any of the other's having complaints with the new system/style. More likely that Poch doesn't think that they are good enough. However, I can't see him selling/loaning Lennon and Townsend. That would leave only Lamela as the right sided midfielder (and he doesn't exactly hug the line).
