Watford crossbar gets us CL qualification?
Even a non league team has a chance against us when they lump it into the box. We look clueless defending the 1st and 2nd ball.Something to be addressed (if at all possible with Klopp) with new players. Right now we creep forward.
Another scrappy performance, Watford having nothing to play for, we really should have come out all guns blazing.... however one moment of Pele Can magic has reignited our CL hopes for sure when other teams around us failed this weekend. Ultimately couldn't ask for more. For sure it is a rollercoaster ride watching us; never feel you can relax.
That crossbar. Season defining.

Give him a break. He has just come back from an injury; he has done well to last the best part of 70 minutes.
My thoughts on Lallana's lack of goal scoring is based on 3 seasons. I like him, he works hard and helps keep the tempo going. His composure infront of goal is poor though.Origi should not be starting at the weekend, unless Sturridge breaks a nail or something.

You lazy bd Sturridge - surely pass square or just jog on and shoot
He should have played it nearly immediately - other guy would have been in on goal. But then him hanging onto it and getting fouled ate up a few more secs. Could all come down to goal difference quite easily.RedTrident said:

He has looked better in front of goal this season. He has got 7 league goals - if didn’t get injured back in March, he may have been in double figures by now. Given our history with midfielders in the past, I think the way we share goals around now is really a major step forward. Agree that maybe Lallana could be more composed in front of goal but he has shown improvement since he joined us. Origi should not be starting at the weekend, unless Sturridge breaks a nail or something.
He showed today how much we missed him - he was the spark in the middle that kept our forward play ticking over. Certainly stood out from Firmino and Origi who both were poor.
