EOTK shared this on Twitter - interesting goalkeeping stat highlighting Mings' improvement. Some improvement!

Everyday training pixs come out you see them roughing him up in the air .. it's worked wonders tbh it's anything but a problem area for us now...
He seems to have sorted that and his decisive decision making....

"Outline planning permission is already secure for the site with Liverpool City Council – that runs until August 2019" - wasn't that running out this September? The articles about this were all saying there was some kind of September deadline. Not that it couldn't be easily renewed, but just that it was a deadline for something to happen.

Good, positive news anyway.

I imagine the deadline is 30th Aug or 1st Sept?

Yeah but the deadline I've read about is 2017, not 2019 as in today's article. Perhaps us starting to actually do something has voided the Sept 2017 deadline.

I think under planning you have a deadline to start (even if it is dig a trench) and a deadline to complete.

Needs to be in 1st 11 to even consider moving.....deffo rules out Bayern for next year , us , I think he would have a very good chance of starting each week..

With all this talk of stadium expansion, I do hope FSG are also willing to commit to freezing ticket prices for next season. After their "re-banding" of ticket prices effectively raised the prices of some categories for some games I don't think there is any justification for another increase.

We're on for second now. We'll show these upstarts what they need to do to finish a season properly!

City ahead of us now on GD. frown

We'll need to not only beat Southampton but properly spank them. Chances?

We'll create about 2 chances!

I seem to recall this manager has them very well organised.

If we play Origi up front with Firmino and Coutinho either side we will create very little. As we have done pretty much every time we've played this way.

The new striker that City bought in January, Jesus, makes things happen. One for the now and the future also. A lesson for us as we approach the window.

Make shift defence for Crystal Palace so it was a guaranteed 3 points for City. I said 4-0 before the game.
