We have not signed him yet so, maybe, a crap WC might give Jose second thoughts.As far as Costa goes, I thought he was OK-ish last night, given that he's probably still not fully match fit, and he didn't get much service from the Spain midfield who were trying the tiki taka stuff without much end product. I've posted this here before, but buying decisions at CFC aren't just the manager's - there's a committee that decides who we buy. And I think they will probably be looking at what DC did last season playing for a team that's set up to play a lot like we do, and won't be giving as much credence to what happens in Brazil with a Spanish team that plays an entirely different style to Atlético.
But we'll see in less than a month........
