I think he left because he wanted first team football which we couldn't give him,i guess he would have been 4th or 5th choice behind, The Tongen, Vlad , Kaboom & Dawson. If two of our first choice three centre backks are fit he wouldn't get a game, obviously now with our horrendous injury pile up it does seem silly selling him but then you never know in August what is going to happen.
He is better than Dawson surely, well he is from what I have seen of him... only young and you can see his talent.,..very rare for young CB's to come through...m3sye said:

He's far better than Dawson, IMO. He actually runs about a bit.
