Impressive to miss from there from Salah a few minutes ago. Hope it's not something we regret.

This is another one of those boring but professional performances that we saw in the early part of the season. Untroubled at the back and doing enough going forward to sneak the 1-0 win. I do miss our all-out no-holds-barred attack but I can live with a boring 1-0 smile

Unexciting, but I’d take that result every game to the end of the season.

We needed a win, we got it. That'll do. I'll take tight 1-0s for the rest of the season... smile

Looks less precarious that does. And massive pressure on City and Spurs now. If they don't win their next match they don't deserve to win the league surely?

Not pretty, but did the job.

It's results like this why I think you'll win the league. Your defense is solid so you don't concede many and it means you can grind out results, even if you don't play too well in some games. Add in a pinch of luck plus a few marginal pens and the few results that could have got away from you go your way. The league is a lot more competitive this year which means It's these small margins in a handful of games that could well get you there.

Yep, standard bore win, will take that all day long. Thought all the players played well, no really stand out players, maybe the CBs? The full backs played well too and Robbo took a few hits. Onwards and upwards...

Definitely - not sure they had a proper shot on goal - I expected more from them.

Not a great performance, but in a way it was, especially in the second half.

These are the games where everyone has to stand up, no passengers. No mistakes. Clean sheet.

Fab motm for me, did very well at CB (although I'd fancy myself playing next to Virgil hehe )

Lovren is back last I think from Matip and Gomez so doesn't really matter..
Rather him in midfield when they're back we missed his forward passing today for me.

They set up so compact today was never going to be champagne football, all about the result today.

Fab > Lovren?
The only reason I would say not is that he deserves a run in midfield.
Really surprised Brighton didn't try a get it up to Murray much more.
