The argument that Messi wouldn’t survive in any other system or team has always been a ridiculous one. In reality if he were to move it would be to another top team like City and he would be dominating even more than he has with Barca
On PH a month and 16 posts demeaning Ronaldo and one fanboy post praising Messi - that seems balanced, and now you post nonsense like that above. Messi has always performed brilliantly in that Barcelona team simply because he grew up playing with those guys and them with him. There has been only one team that has played that way at the highest level for the past dozen years and more simply because they had Messi and those players around him. To say you could drop Messi into another top team and he would still be winning as much stuff completely ignores all history of how and why Barcelona were so successful - it's an absolutely hollow and empty argument made more so because he hasn't proven himself outside the bounds of the Barcelona team, even with his National side.
To then say he would go to another top team and dominate 'even more than he has with Barca' is simply a foolish statement.
There's no doubt he's a brilliant and skillful player but at least make the effort to either praise him on his own thread or find some argument that isn't based on dreams, wishes or complete nonsense.

Stop dribbling absolute horsest, how often do you even watch Spanish football? Barcelona are a shadow of their former selves and Messi has carried them in the vast majority of games, especially in Europe.Messi has always performed brilliantly in that Barcelona team simply because he grew up playing with those guys and them with him. “Messi has always performed brilliantly in that Barcelona team simply because he grew up playing with those guys and them with him.”
How many of the current team grew up playing with him? It’s a completely different squad to that of when he started. The entire team has changed a number of times, the management has changed and their play style has changed a number of times yet there is always been one constant. Messi. Is that really much different to playing with another club?
Bear in mind this argument only cropped up because people praise Ronaldo for going to every top team and doing well there, something the same people probably criticise Pep for.
Anyone that genuinely doesn’t think Messi would be one of the top 2 players in the word whilst playing for Bayern/PSG/City/Chelsea etc is a clown. Argentina has always been a red herring, Messi has always been their best player by far.
Stick to rugby mate.

Too easy.
Can anyone possibly help McGeetard out? I can only really think of Busquets and arguably Pique as players who Messi has played with throughout most of his career.
Name calling already ? That shows your real maturity and depth of character, a bit like your other post saying you'd like to key some strangers car...Can anyone possibly help McGeetard out? He will never move elsewhere in Europe.
And you know this categorically how? julian987R said:
His glory days are behind him. Like with Kane, he is clinging on to the past
He has “clung” on quite well though. 100 goals in 131 games for Juventus in last 3 seasons is not too bad for his glory days being behind him, along with a couple of Italian titles thrown in for posterity
