Actually, I just had a look on the official website's merchandise pages - tons of signed stuff, "match worn" stuff and the like, for sale. But the prices are mental. Anyone want to pay 650 quid for Emre Can's shirt that he wore against Burnley?! No? Fair enough, then for just 300 smackers you can have one of Klavan's worn shirts instead! Bargain!
Signed unworn shirts in a frame - over 300 quid. A framed baseball cap signed by Klopp - 250 quid. Its nuts...
The other week I picked up a signed print of a 60s photo with Ian St John, Tommy Lawrence and Tommy Smith in, with their signatures, for 20 quid in an antiques and collectibles place. From the official website I could buy half a signed print of Wijnaldum for that (taking into account the latter is discounted at the moment, too. Think I got the better deal...

At least buying it through the club shop you're guaranteed authenticity, you've probably purchased a photo which some scamp has scribbled his name on. Worth 20 quid though.Signed unworn shirts in a frame - over 300 quid. A framed baseball cap signed by Klopp - 250 quid. Its nuts...

I've got a couple of signed shirts. One from the whole team from the 13/14 season, when we came 2nd, that I gave £40 to charity for (with certificate of authenticity). And one a mate got me at a charity golf day with Kenny, Hansen, Fowler and a couple of others - cost nowt.
£400 quid is ridiculous

I have to disagree. Just had a quick check and a website says Can's wages are £55 000 a week. Assume a 5 day week, with 8 hours a day = £1375 an hour. That is £22 a minute for his time. When the shirt costs £90 already, add Can's time into signing it, including his commuting time, plus storage costs in the shop, the shop assistant has to make a wage too, and it looks like a bargain, £400 quid is ridiculous
Or...!

£90 for an "elite" footy shirt, £50 for standard
What is the difference? Not that I'll be buying one, but....wjb said:
Haha, it's ridiculous i know.
Regarding his fee I think it's bang on, i can't stand the sight of him but he's a top goal scorer at the end of the day, which makes him a £25m player in my mind. Fees are about 3x "reality" at the moment.
Nathan Ake, in my mind an average £6m player, just went for 20m...
James McCarthy - £25m apparently. Jesus.Regarding his fee I think it's bang on, i can't stand the sight of him but he's a top goal scorer at the end of the day, which makes him a £25m player in my mind. Fees are about 3x "reality" at the moment.
