Another great atmosphere today especially first half but a huge contrast with tuesday in terms of attitude to the opposition.
The Liverpool rivalry is red hot from both sides , absolutely hate each other but with City there's no edge at all really.
We're rivals but theres little nastiness. All quite friendly in fact.
I'd have thought that Jose would be a bit happier with the noise in SB now. It's a lot better than at the start of the season IMHO. I particularly enjoyed the chant at Aguero when he came off.The Liverpool rivalry is red hot from both sides , absolutely hate each other but with City there's no edge at all really.

Terribly sorry I can't voice my opinions, whatever you think of them.
A point is a good result, in the circumstances, and as said above, most of the really tough games are behind us now, and quite a few homes games ahead of us, with some of the teams further down the table, so they should be able to hold it together.
This is the internet, ergo a free word forum just like sitting in the pub with your mates. Equally, I may tire of someone at the table who is constantly negative... who could that be? Honestly fella, it doesn't really matter; at least you're on OUR side even if you are a harbinger of doom rather too much
We came away with a result I suspect we'd all have been happy to take offered in advance; same points gap but the (on paper) toughest home game out of the way whilst we're missing two of our best players? OK, that'll do.....
Not our best day at the office, certainly not our worst either....

No history and certainly no class.
Yup well done, you nailed absolutely every CFC fans attitude in one pic. Or did you? There seems to be nobody else supporting? Does 1/44000 represent a stat for you? Oh hang on, it's one single knob jockey in a sea of proper fans. (cliche mode) Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story...Link to an article on the Beeb website written by Danny Murphy. Says basically that Zouma reminds him of Desailly.

Zouma has certainly made an impression with the fans travelling to matches, home and away. In between songs about him and Costa, no-one else is getting a look in........

When he first started playing in the 1st team I was not convinced. But over the last 2 games, have to say I'm really taking to him. Nothing rash, some really well timed tackles in critical areas against top class players. He still learning & will make some awful errors as he does learn, but at present I have more confidence in him than Cahill who has looked dodgy recently.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/31078757

Just back from Aldershot, lost 2-4 to a very good Spuds team. Scoreline flatters us really, they dominated the whole game. They had a guy up front, Harry Kane, looks like a proper player.
Harry Kane....you heard it here first!!
Not sure how to cross post but this is what you said a few years ago.Harry Kane....you heard it here first!!
Good judge sir.

Window now shut in Germany, still haven't seen anything official about Schurrle deal being done.
I liked him as a player but feel he has never quite done enough. I'm hopeful the deal goes through and we can get a Juan back in the side.

As I'm 3500 miles away - what was the Aguero chant? "your bloody good and I wish we'd signed you 4 years ago?"
We were singing 'He's better than you, he's better than you, Diego Costa, he's better than you', as Aguero trudged off. Not terribly original, but I suspect it gave lots of Chelsea fans something to smile about, as, at that time in the match we were severely under the cosh.Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
