Obviously but it's not normally handled so acrimoniously in the press, you expect it from agents but the club are coming out of it pretty poorly and it's not as anyone forced them to give him a long contract on wages probably 2 or 3 other clubs could stomach.

It is more down to the Madrid fans. Given the price they paid for him they probably expected more from him. And rightly so IMO. 79 appearances in the last 4 seasons, according to the BBC. Injury prone. Has he really endeared himself to Madrid? Fans contribute to his £600k a week and he hasn't even bothered learning the language - why? Because he can't be arsed? Fans can't relate to him and he doesn't relate to the fans.

Firmino might not be fluent and at least he understands and tries to speak back in English (even if not very confident).
