Exactly, and they align their investment in playing staff accordingly. The spuds thought they could get away with minimal investment over two seasons after building a very good core squad and look where its got them. But our board cant keep thinking that we have European aspirations when we are being outspent by half the division.Looks like Antonio should be back ahead of time:-

As in many things, quality trumps quantity.
