You can't blame LvG really - the club could just have sacked him to be honest. That they didn't is no-one's fault but theirs. He honestly did believe he was doing a good job. He won the FA Cup and so can go off into the Algarve pleased with himself and with a nice settlement.

It'll be interesting to see what length contract Maureen gets and whether he makes it to the end.

Irrespective of whether it is a "they or it", "ManU" is primarily how utd "fans" from the South of England or people who don't have much of an interest in football but know of utd refer to utd.

Not a criticism just a fact.

That's true, but DeltonaS has a special place in our hearts. He pretended to be a United fan for months, despite many calling him out for the use of "ManU" and his abject hatred of SAF. He's now admitted to not being a fan, but only posts on this thread, mainly in support of LVG.
