United have plenty of decent songs ,just nothing decent about any of the current (And last 3-4 years)crop of players.Going on up to the spirit in the sky

Mind you bloody hard to think of stuff that rhymes with pogba for example.

was it racist for the black lads who were singing it ?
A black fella rang Jim White this morning on talksport saying that he found it completely non racist & he said he found it rather funny, Jim white didn't seem to like it when someone disagreed with him . He seemed to get all in tizzy about it.Black can man said:

I heard that...Jim White was pathetic, I can imagine he's one of those blokes that has to be right all the time with little/no humility. As an amateur footballer having played with black players and been witness/partaken to the banter when it comes to who's the largest in the shower, I can assure Jim White that the black lads find it in no way offensive (they're quite proud actually) and it's all part of the craic. I imagine this chant comes from somebody who's looking at things in a banter context rather than a "racist" context.

Agree 100% it's all part & parcel of playing football .As an amateur footballer having played with black players and been witness/partaken to the banter when it comes to who's the largest in the shower, I can assure Jim White that the black lads find it in no way offensive (they're quite proud actually) and it's all part of the craic. I really didn't think that Jim white was expecting to fella to have the opinion that he did, he really got tetchy didn't he.
I hope United & other fans carry on singing it .

Viva da silvas
When they're on the pitch
We don't know which is which
Viva da silvas
Doesn't have to rude to be funny. Doesn't stop rude being funny either.
I've learnt the words to lukakus chant just in case a lesson for political correctness presents itself at old Trafford next week.
Am I wrong to sing a long?
That's a change from who's st.

I managed to sing the Da Silvas song, but I'm struggling with the tune for this. ^^I've learnt the words to lukakus chant just in case a lesson for political correctness presents itself at old Trafford next week.

The last two sentences I'm OK with but the first two, don't seem properly structured.
Maybe it's just me?

I know it's very early in the season, but lots of 'top sides' seem to be imploding.
Spurs cannot win at home (ignoring scraping a win against a pub side) and cannot even half fill the ground.
Liverpool have a pub team defence and spent £40m on AOC.
Arsenal are being Arsenal.
Is it already time to think about a Top 3 of the Manchester clubs plus Chelsea? The rest don't look to me to deserve to be mentioned in the same breath.
