I think nearly 3000 on site for the final push was mooted? As I said a few pages ago, the pace has already ramped up since New Year, the speed they are whacking that terracing up once the steels are in place is incredible.
All of the piling looks to be completed for the hotel too, I am sure we'll see that soon start to shoot up too!

Oh & 10 cranes 6 of which Daniel owns I believe.
I heard something along the lines for the tower cranes, that there weren't any for hire, so he bought them instead, since then the price of steel has increased to the point where he/the club stands to make a healthy profit on each one!Guvernator said:
I play indoor football right opposite the ground once a week, it's amazing seeing the progress as I drive by every week, there are sometimes even workmen still there at that time and this is at 9pm in the evening.
they laugh at your 9pm. They are already doing 24 hour shifts most days (Sat and Sun are usually pretty quiet though). But that is still with reduced numbers. As someone else said, they are apparently anticipating 3,000 on site in the coming months.

Makes a change from seeing miles of traffic cones on a busy weekday morning with not a soul in sight. As someone else said, they are apparently anticipating 3,000 on site in the coming months.

Contract is worth bundles & for me it's great to be part of the effort of being involved in the building of the greatest stadium in the country.
