You have to deal with Accrington first. hehe
Would be just our luck (and the way we've played this season) to lose that game.

Surely Accrington is the difficult part of the equation smile

Has a feel of Hereford all those years ago when Fergie was hanging by a thread.

I hope you get past Accrington.

Hopefully you get past them. It'd be good for you since, if I remember correctly, you're actually involved with Yeovil?

Yes. Been a fan since 1970/71, worked for the club for the last eight years in a freelance basis in the media department. Nowadays, I write the match reports for the website, have a column in the programme and commentate for the visually impaired on matchdays.

Lot of talk already about ticket schemes... we have three home games between now and the FA Cup weekend. Talk of tokens for those matches if we get past Accrington but can't look further than next Tuesday's replay which I will miss as I'm filming "Countdown" in Manchester that night.

Always my favourite time for chants. It's the 30 year anniversary of Feed the Scousers and the traditional Christmas renditions of Five Cantonas!

Well it wasn't ever going to be straight forward was it?

Cost us 2 goals in 2 games now Fellaini. He needs to cut that out.

Defence is all over the place tonight and the midfield is non existent. Fear the worst now.

Keep, the faith. It's nowhere near as bad as the a Arsenal game.

What I would give for an easy away victory.

Louis is on it.

Mata proving again to be a luxury item our team can't afford. Glad to see RvP's perked up a bit, plenty energy tonight.

I think Mata relies on Herrera to play with, Fellaini doesn't have as quick a football brain or feet. If our defence was better I suspect 1 DM feeding into Herrera and Mata/ADM would be our best bet.

I know what you're saying but until we've got a half decent defence, we can't sacrifice the strength Fellaini brings (even with the errors) therefore we can't give Mata the creative baby-sitting mate he needs against anything but the poorer sides. Herrera for Mata in the starting lineup would've been a better bet. Easy with hindsight I know, but Mata always looks like a talented 12 year old in a pub side - skillful and quick feet, but way slower above 10 yards than everyone else and very lightweight on the ball.

Well done RvP! He's deserved that for his performance - second only to Young tonight for United. Young's a changed man, it seems Louis is working some magic..
