Lot of credit to Pep too. Bringing on Jesus for Kompany was a good, brave decision.
At least city try to win every game & play with the flair we all want to see.
Good luck to them.
Have to wonder if in previous season man city often start to have a blip around now and in a neither year today may have been a loss or draw. At least city try to win every game & play with the flair we all want to see.
Good luck to them.
Does look as though from the big trio of manager swaps (pep, conte and Jose) you guys seem to have gotten the best!

A hard fought for victory, it's grinding out results like these that win championships.
Hard luck to Huddersfield, it's always tough when you lose at the death, as Burnley also found out today.

Think they should rename Fergie time Pep time.......
I haven’t seen the Rooney goal and, tbh, I’ve got no desire to see it but the great thing about Sterling’s goal was the time, they never give up, and the way the whole team reacted.
Keep on like this and we’ll be Champions by spring
(Although not on this forum, it’ll still be Leicester

Trying not to be too complimentary but even I cracked a smiled (followed by an intense grimace) when that goal went in! They do look like a team with great spirit and seeing Mendy running down the line with a busted ACL was quite something... Keep on like this and we’ll be Champions by spring

If you don't start dropping points you're right. How do you see the game panning out against United? FWIW, I think we'll beat you.

One things for sure, it's good for Manchester that it now has two excellent teams that are doing well, reminds me of the good old days in the late 60's with Best/Law/Charlton and Bell/Lee/Summerbee etc.
As a Saints fan, I could not watch the game live but followed on BBC text and saw MOTD. Well done for winning, it feels harsh to lose in the 96th minute but that's life. I think the saints coped fairly well and had some decent chances which was pleasing. Fair to say you boys have some pretty good players and if you want to loan us a couple then feel free
