Right, here's the table from the weekend. Im has ousted Lawro from the top, good work too from TJK and Glenred.

Happy New Year to all 'thonners. Table updates will be done as soon as I have the time to trawl through these pages!

This weekend is the 3rd Round of the FA Cup. For those new to this game, in addition to our premier league, we have an FA Cup knock-out competition.

There is a change to this years competition, and as I'm in charge, this is how we'll play it: smile

All 32 players predict the 3rd round matches in the normal way, and nobody will be eliminated at this stage.
For the 4th round, we'll have a draw so players compete against each other. So rather than a mini-league as we've had before, you will compete directly against one other person for a place in the next round. In the even of a tie between players, the player with the higher 3rd round score will go through.

We will lose half the players after the 4th round, and so forth until just two compete in the final.

If anyone wishes to volunteer to assist with the draw for the 4th round at the end of January, please make yourself known!

In the meantime, your predictions please for the following 31 games: (by midnight Friday please!)

AFC Bournemouth v Burton Albion
Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
Aston Villa v Sheffield United
Barnsley v Coventry City
Blackburn Rovers v Manchester City
Bolton Wanderers v Blackpool
Brighton & Hove Albion v Reading
Bristol City v Watford
Charlton Athletic v Oxford United
Derby County v Chelsea
Doncaster Rovers v Stevenage
Everton v Queens Park Rangers
Grimsby Town v Huddersfield Town
Ipswich Town v Preston North End
Kidderminster Harriers v Peterborough United
Liverpool v Oldham Althletic
Macclesfield Town v Sheffield Wednesday
Manchester United v Swansea City
Middlesbrough v Hull City
Newcastle United v Cardiff City
Norwich City v Fulham
Nottingham Forest v West Ham United
Port Vale v Plymouth Argyle
Rochdale v Leeds United
Southampton v Burnley
Southend United v Millwall
Stoke City v Leicester City
Sunderland v Carlisle
West Bromwich Albion v Crystal Palace
Wigan Athletic v MK Dons
Yeovil Town v Leyton Orient

'Fraid not, Nicko, but you're still in it! Thanks to all those who completed the tedious task of guessing all those FA Cup fixtures last week. The draw for the fourth round will be published soon! If anyone wishes to be the adjudicator, let me know, or I will get one of my colleagues to ensure fair play and I get an easy draw.

It's back to league action this week with ten fixtures awaiting your educated gueeswork. Predictions as always by Friday midnight please!

A record week for points scoring, despite three non-predictions who netted a round zero this week. Lawro's 2-0 predictions came up trumps, but im retains the lead.
