Wembley tickets have arrived bounce

Hoping for a great game of football on Saturday and for us to end John Terry's career on a low. Also wondering if Poch will be taking a leaf out of Manyoo's book and doing a man marking job on Hazard?

You could pay homage to JT's retirement & illustrious career by changing into a carriage clock costume at the final whistle & taking your mate's wife along.

JT's career may end on a low but compare his medals to Spurs it's not been a complete waste of time.

Not by Chelsea fans. Nobody is perfect. I read the "The missionary position" and it transpires Mother Theresa was no saint so if we're hoping that fantastic footballers have blemish free personalities I think we're asking too much.

JT is the best defender I've seen. Able to read the game so always in the right position, fearless in the tackle and could play with both feet so where other defenders would head it out JT would bring the ball down and pass to start an attack.

Sure his personality can be questioned off the pitch but on it his personality drove the team to victory when others would crumble.

By everyone else he will be remembered for shagging Wayne Bridge's missus, racially abusing Anton Ferdinand and wearing his kit to a match he was suspended from.

Not sure Spurs have man-marked for a good few years now!

Fair enough, that's probably as it should be. We've all got selective memories and football ones are particularly tainted by whoever you support.

So does anyone know when the anti-St Totteringham's day could actually be? I have a feeling it could be when we play Arsenal which if we beat them could be the ultimate irony. Also what do we call it?

Bournemouth have confirmed that Jack Wilshire fractured a bone in his leg in that tackle with Harry Kane on Saturday and is out for the rest of the season redface

it didn't even look that bad a challenge.

Wilshere went flying in and has no one else to blame.

As for all the jeering and abuse he got, I'm sure he understands the reasons perfectly well and doesn't have much cause to complain.

Jack Wilshere spat at and then verbally abused a 61 year old cabbie for wearing a Spurs hat

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/arsenal-star-...

Brian Spencer, 61, says the £50,000-a-week England midfielder launched into a foul-mouthed rant after seeing the driver was a fan of his team’s North London rivals. Wilshere, 19 – tipped by England boss Fabio Capello this weekend as a future captain of the national side – was on a boozy night out with three pals in London’s West End when he saw Brian standing by his cab outside Sophisticats lapdancing bar shortly after midnight.

Grandfather Brian said: “I had no idea who he was. He pointed to my cab and said, ‘You’re f***ing taking us’. When I told him he was too drunk he got even more aggressive.”

Brian of Gants Hill, North East London, got into his cab but Wilshere lurched towards the open window and spat, hitting the window. As Brian got out again Wilshere put his fists up ready for a fight. Brian said: “He was looking at my Spurs hat and there was real hate in his eyes. Fortunately his friends pulled him away before it got really violent.”

After the bust-up, a bouncer at Sophisticats told him Wilshere’s identity. The player from Hitchin, Herts, accepted a police caution after Brian reported him.

Yes, a 19 year old professional athlete spitting at and threatening a 61 year old - get your heads around that. He makes John Terry look like Mother Teresa. Being jeered at by the Spurs fans is the least that he deserves. If someone would stop him wriggling I'd gladly drive the stake through his heart.

Looks like the team of the year is out. 4 players in, but somehow not Loris, Toby or Jan. Not quite sure how to be honest.

Yeah I'm aware of that, and his 40k fine for shouting abuse over a megaphone about Tottenham.

Giving the ball away for the 2nd goal and then hobbling off was the ultimate Karma.

Is it any coincidence that both Wilshere and Szczęsny are the most vocal anti-Spurs players, and both have been loaned out. Theo Walcott is another one and his career has constantly stalled too. Maybe it's some sort of curse smile
