Interesting re the looking not looking. One of those players seems a lot more interested in his look/image on and off the field. The other puts his head down and digs in for the team.
She probably could if she had the same work done.

Watching the Spurs game. Geez, they have left their shooting boots at home today. Kane has missed a hatful of easy chances. Palace though look a really poor side. 12 first team players out through injury would probably hurt most teams though.

Hopefully Palace can hold off Spurs but you just get the feeling Spurs will eventually squeeze through a scrappy goal.

It has been like watching the Keystone Cops today. The amount of chances you've had and wasted.... it's been comical. But in truth, Palace have been woeful.

The wheels on Uniteds wagon are looking very rickety, think Maureen isn't far from a breakdown.... how long can they get away with playing gash football & still grinding results out?!

On another note, Pogba is stealing a living at the moment, would you swap him for any of our midfielders? I wouldn't...

..
We have been saying that for a while though and they keep on winning. Our best chance of overtaking them is when we play them.

They'll keep getting results, it's the Jose way. Top 4 is what matters.

eh? they just got 3 points from a tricky Chelsea match, they have enough individual quality to nick a goal in any game, and DDG in goal

Pogba on current form - none of them, Pogba at his top potential - any of them

I don't want them too but after that result I fully expect them to get top 4
We have to keep this momentum up as it will go down to the wire

Utd still have to go to city so if we can leave old Trafford with 1 or 3 points I'd expect that would be enough to get us 2nd

Inclined to agree with this. I don't rate them much this season but clearly they are doing something right to be where they are. I genuinely think we can go to OT and win. But if we don't, and they end up beating us somehow - fair play, I was wrong and they deserve to be where they are.

If Utd are ahead of us coming into that game I fully expect JM to play for a draw, it will then come down to Klopp understanding how to play the game with intelligence (not unlike that infamous "slip" game v Chelsea when BR failed to suss out a park the bus JM)

You might be right - I was naively expecting JM to at least try and play a bit, at home; prove a point.

JM will want to play, don't worry about that. The difference now with United is that they are happy to concede possession to allow counter attacks. He trusts his defence far more now to soak up pressure and hit on the break. Previously I reckon he had little trust in the defence as he was inheriting an under-achieving side that lacked confidence.

It should be a great game at OT.

Let's hope so. The games between the big two tend to be very competitive and quite cagey due to the pressure on both sides not to lose.

Your lot don't dive around all the time like the Spuds do they?

Did anyone notice Jack Wilshire get booked for ironically clapping the referee yesterday?

Did Klopp receive any punishment for his ironic hand clapping of the officials v Spurs the other week?

As much as I despise United and JM, about the only thing that he has got right is their defence. They have the most clean sheets at home across all major leagues in Europe. Even more than Atletico who have conceded around 9 goals all season in the league (home and away) when I last checked.

There central defence is nothing special - fairly average really. World class keeper with defence protected well by Matic. Something that I wish Klopp would deploy.
