Moyes was a joke. Absolutely terrible. He wasn’t a fall guy. Just a useless manager.
Everton he was very good, and seems to be doing good things with West Ham. I wouldn’t say a useless manager just not right for us at the time. General question Ord but have you been happy with any of our managers? You seem a hard man to please with managers or players? A lot seem to be not good enough
Second issue was replacing the back room staff with his own. I'm sure he felt it was "I am my own man" moment but in hindsight some continuity would have helped.
If he made 4th that season he would have been there in Season 2 and LVG would not have been considered. He might have then had chance to start building his own team.
Ole's issue is backroom staff again. He doesn't coach so the issue with a structure and play pattern rests with them. ole has another issue as well in so far that he would not (read felt he couldn't) make tactical changes to bring in players to make a change. He knew what he could get from the 11 he picked week in week out, the trouble is that is fine if 1 or 2 have a poor game but when 5 or 6 are out of form it just doesn't work.
I'm sad he has gone because I wanted him to be successful. however it was the right decision and should have been made following the Liverpool game. After all we had poor performances against Leicester, West Ham, Young Boys, Aston Villa and arguably Atalanta and Everton already.

I’ll be equally fked off if we get Rodgers and even better for the cheerleader will be walking away. I won’t be going elsewhere for football thrills, other than maybe keeping an eye on my local(ish) very lower league side.
WTF? What is the point of being so vocal and argumentative about something you are prepared to walk away from? It really makes no sense at all.

Moyes made two mistakes. First he upset the senior players by taking chips off the menu. He was right from a dietary perspective but some of these guys were reaching the end of their careers and man management could have been better.

Yep, when handed the job by Sir Alex the backroom staff Alex had left were there to help him transition. Culling them Fergie’s never forgiven for hence him being removed. Things have been amazing throughout the 90's and 2000 and now its a little tough he is deciding he has had enough and no longer supporting the club
Imagine is he was a fan of Bury or Macclesfield.

I take it that you’ve never heard of FC United? The founders of that club and those who go weekly loved United, but something happened that was one step too far for them. Everyone has a limit and for me that limit would be appointing a failed Liverpool manager. I can’t see me forming a new club, but I’m sure I wouldn’t be on my own with my views.
Anyone who abandons their team is a mental weakling and doesn't have the backbone to deal with ups and downs. The supporters who left United to support FC United come under that bracket.selym said:

The same applies to the Wimbledon fans whose team just upped sticks and went to Milton Keynes does it?I take it the Bury fans are now expected to turn up to an empty stadium and watch the grass grow? Ditto Macclesfield Town fans. I guess they’re even worse if they go to Macclesfield FC.

Fairly distasteful comparisons. I take it the Bury fans are now expected to turn up to an empty stadium and watch the grass grow? Ditto Macclesfield Town fans. I guess they’re even worse if they go to Macclesfield FC.
