I agree we should be doing better with that team, I didn't want Silva when we got him, but I do think he needs so time to get things in to gear. I also don't think we'd attract a top manager in all honesty, although I'd be happy if we took a punt on Erik ten Hag at Ajax. Not that we've a great track record with Dutch managers in the past few years
Similar to ourselves, the squads we have are just not good enough for a top 4 push. We'll try to go for top 6 and hopefully either one of us or West Ham will manage it. Keane is an average CB for me, put most CBs in a defensive team like Burnleys and they'll look great. Calvert-Lewin too, seems like such a poor player to me.

Surprised DCL scored, to my mind I think he would find it difficult to score in a Brothal. I agree Keene is average at best and it’s not helped by our manager sticking with zonal marking, with the rest of the defence not have a clue how to implement it.hilly10 said:

A lot of the top teams play a mix of zonal and m2m, does make you feel less worried when the opposition gets a corner. Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
