97 points in the bag.
6 points on offer.
Please get passed the ton, I've never seen Charlton reach 100 points in a season (don't think they've ever done it) so I'd really like it to happen. Clearing the 100 point mark does not indicate how good we are though, it just shows how poor the level of football is in that division. Fingers crossed that the Hammers don't make it out of the Championship so wh can have some real tastey derby's next season.

Hull today played 6 at the back with the odd break, Charlton played 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 .... it was like watching a good Division One Game unlike last Tuesday against Leicester City, hats off Foxes you were up for it .... Hull thought at times they were defending Rome .... anyway nil nil fair result.

Story of our season so far I'm afraid (LCFC fan) we tonked Blackburn today, one disallowed goal, they cleared 3 off the line they had two chances and they won 2-1. Depressing, but nice to see you guys doing well, especially with the old Leicester boy Powell at the helm, you look a great side, hope you do well this season!
Cold Tuesday Night at The Valley does not bode well ....... well tonite could be an either turn around needed at this stage of the season or not ... judging from past performance I don't give us much hope with the total lack of ideas and any first time ball .... those who have a flutter could be looking at similar score to last Saturday ... but I live in hope .... May your God go with you ....
My first game at the Valley..September 1958... age 10..Addicks v. Middlesborough..we won 1-0.
Willie Duff...Sammy Lawrie...Johnny Summers...Dennis Edwards...Stuart Leary...Brian Tocknell...Brian Kinsey...John Hewie.etc.
Brian Clough centre Forward for Middlesborough.Jeered whenever he got the ball.
Last game..Yesterday at Forest..1-1. So many draws this season. We have almost a new team, but despite Vetokele and Harriot, can't score many goals.
I don't think we will be relegated, or have to struggle like last season, maybe mid table at best.

Travelled to Molineux yesterday. Guy Luzon's first game in charge. He was very active in the tech. area, never stopped waving/shouting etc.
A good solid performance I thought, a very good second half, but sadly no ball in the back of the net.
Chris Solly outstanding, and skipper as well.
