Accrington tonight? Game abandoned?

Really what says in the title, the game was abandoned due to serious head injury to one of the Accrington players. Ominously, there doesn't seem to be to much information on any of the websites or Sky Sports News.

Anyone know whats happening? Hopefully its going to be ok as it does not sound good.

BBC now reporting that he has come round in the ambulance on the way to hospital which sounds good but that report of a broken neck does not.

Daily Soovy has a picture which seems to show Bender getting a knee to the back of the neck/head, totally accidently.

BBC now reporting this and that he was apologising to the nurses about the state of his socks! Hopefully his condition seems to be a lot better than first feared.
