Why are sidelight bulbs for an Aston Martin V8 Vantage not in the list. The last time mine went they cost around £3000 to replace. biggrin

Is bull or horse kizz the most expensive? Not that I want anywhere near either!

And on a related note, if you are mega rich, and father a sprog to a golddigger then 1 tiny sperm could cost millions eek

Does anti-matter have any weight?
Turns out it does but I had to Google it. I presumed it had negative weight in which case it would be the cheapest substance available. smile

Antimatter (Anti-Hydrogen) is supposedly the most expensive by weight, something along the lines of $400Bn/g. (Haven't looked at the article yet)

The Chilcot report is pretty valuable, and one hell of a wait.

Nice to see they are mixing weight up with mass.
So hydrogen is surely the most expensive by weight..

Has that actually been confirmed? I thought there a were a few different hypotheses on the interaction between gravity and antimatter?

A level physics and listening to the IMC while driving precludes me from elaborating any further.

What happened to the days of websites that gave you the information in one go rather than having to click on link for the next bloody image? I got bored and gave up.

Hydrogen is normally sold in liquid form which is heavier than air.

I mentioned this list to my son, who is studying particle physics, and he reckons ununoctium is much more expensive to make than antihydrogen. Anti matter is relatively easy to make apparently, and lasts longer

I expect science buffs will find this interesting; how many can you guess before you look at the list? And can you guess the winner?
