That was pretty much the whole of England as well and I saw that one (Wigan). This one sounds very similar to what I saw then, and people on Facebook saw this one in Wigan too.http://www.wrexham.com/news/fire-sky-wrexham-meteo...
I guess the end really is nigh (or the warranty is up on the ISS).

That's where I am, from where I was it looked like it was flying low over Christopher Park, at first I thought it was a shed load of chinese lanterns except it was way too bright, way too fast and going in the wrong direction for the wind.I also saw this, about 11 oclock, at first I thought it was a plane comming into the local airport, twin landing lights very bright and appeared to be moving slow, no noise from it, them it just broke up , very like a firework,the remaining parts continued across the sky and faded out, a short time latter there was a bang that might have been conected.
