No, a bit of a con but impressive if it really goes bonkers....think its the light spectrum that we can't pick up that even phones canFlumpo said:

Phone camera on night setting brought out the proper colours.

The lights i seen were certainly not as bright as my photos, however the change from the very very dull green to the vivid red/purple was unreal to watch.I was pretty underwhelmed at the beginning to be honest.
