Yes, it does look to be them now - well, their Coast Composites division, which is based not far from SpaceX in LA. Makes sense and they're also involved in carbon fibre aircraft parts with Boeing and Airbus.

Starlink will be a huge undertaking especially before bfr is usable.

SpaceX also currently have a manifest worth around 12bn..

"The SpaceX Falcon 9 fairing for NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite ( TESS ) arrived over the weekend to meet TESS for encapsulation at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. After launch, TESS will find new planets around other stars, called exoplanets, that scientists will study for decades to come."

The did the static fire for that mission earlier today.

It's a new first stage & the launch is probably going to be Monday 16th April. With a ship landing.

Stage 2 will be put on a sunward disposal orbit not de orbited to earth.

There's still 10-15 of them up there last time I checked. Plus a couple of Falcon 1 upper stages.
