Yeah ordered a few times, takes a week or two as they are in Germany but are the cheapest for the parts I needed and if you order through app rather than the website then you get a further discount.
Think they also have a couple other websites as well under different names but the format across them is the same so it's easy to tell.

Decent company. Lots of useful online YouTube how to fix videos too. Price is competitive also.
Are those the videos where every ball joint falls out and every bolts comes along nicely? they are quite good for the general process though I looked how to do something on a 406. Theirs came apart in seconds, I was shouting at mine and hitting it with a hammer for a good 20 mins

I watched them do a track control arm replacement on an E9x BMW in a video of about 10 minutes. Each one of mine took hours of heating, beating, recip sawing, angle grinding and swearing! But, like you say, good videos for showing the process. I’ve not used autodoc but have used carpartsforless which I believe is the same company? No problems with my order although you do have to wait a while, especially at the moment!
The great thing about their search bar is if you know the oem number you can just put that in and it finds the correct parts for you. Something ECP’s doesn’t.

Still, at least they get straight into it, unlike some how to videos (mostly american) where they spend 10 minutes prattling on about how they chose one socket over another because their aunty's brother's cat's cat sitter said so, before they actually get down to business.

As title, anyone ordered anything from them?
Needing some parts for my daily and they have everything for a decent price inc. delivery
I have used them a few times recently and can't fault their service. Needing some parts for my daily and they have everything for a decent price inc. delivery
I would recommend downloading the AutoDoc App as the discounts are much better
Good review from me as well. Took about a week to arrive (discs and pads all round for 2 cars, plus misc service items) but saved a lot of money. Email comms was good, they answered questions and ammended my order quickly when I changed my mind and cancelled a couple of items
Didn't get any unexpected substitutions

I used them for a Sachs dual mass clutch & flywheel kit... which they unpacked from the Sachs box which had all the appropriate cut outs to locate the parts so they don't slide about in transit & then used the torn up remains of the Sachs box to repack loosely in one of their own braned boxes.
You can imagine the state it arrived in from Germany & the refund was only processed after I had sent a billion images showing the damage, what was left of the parts & two weeks after they had accepted the returned parts back in Germany so more than six weeks all in all. They might be good when things go well, but ECP, Halfords, GSF are preferable for a speedy resolution as you can at least have a face to face in a local depot when things do go wrong.
