Yes order twice from them,
Exactly as ordered - I had no issues, but I think a few people here had had problems with substitute parts been delivered instead
& delivery can be a bit slow

I’ve used them 9 or 10 times now, delivery is slower than usual due to covid but they’re not alone there.

Great service, good app, easy to use. I now use them rather than EuroCarParts. Loads of installation videos for the parts on YouTube too

Ive used them a few times, the parts normally end up coming from Germany so can take a couple of days. Other than that had no problems.

Decent company. Lots of useful online YouTube how to fix videos too. Price is competitive also.

used the twice since lockdown, excellent prices. The discount seems to go in cycles up to 25% over a few days if you wait. I got Monroe shocks and springs for a crv and other suspension bits for an excellent price. Two orders and two deliveries both were spot on.

Yeah ordered a few times, takes a week or two as they are in Germany but are the cheapest for the parts I needed and if you order through app rather than the website then you get a further discount.

Think they also have a couple other websites as well under different names but the format across them is the same so it's easy to tell.

Autodoc is one of those 'white box' online stores.

They're based in Germany but have a storefront in many EU countries, delivery can be slow as orders are shipped from other parts of Europe.

I've ordered a few times from them - not blown away by the service speed, but the prices make up for it. If you're not in a rush then they're just the ticket.

Are those the videos where every ball joint falls out and every bolts comes along nicely? hehe they are quite good for the general process though

Haha yes

I looked how to do something on a 406. Theirs came apart in seconds, I was shouting at mine and hitting it with a hammer for a good 20 mins hehe

hehe I watched them do a track control arm replacement on an E9x BMW in a video of about 10 minutes. Each one of mine took hours of heating, beating, recip sawing, angle grinding and swearing! But, like you say, good videos for showing the process.
I’ve not used autodoc but have used carpartsforless which I believe is the same company? No problems with my order although you do have to wait a while, especially at the moment!
The great thing about their search bar is if you know the oem number you can just put that in and it finds the correct parts for you. Something ECP’s doesn’t.

hehe it's when their videos are 30 minutes long - "better put the weekend aside for that one then!"

Still, at least they get straight into it, unlike some how to videos (mostly american) where they spend 10 minutes prattling on about how they chose one socket over another because their aunty's brother's cat's cat sitter said so, before they actually get down to business.

I have used them a few times recently and can't fault their service.

I would recommend downloading the AutoDoc App as the discounts are much better

Good review from me as well. Took about a week to arrive (discs and pads all round for 2 cars, plus misc service items) but saved a lot of money. Email comms was good, they answered questions and ammended my order quickly when I changed my mind and cancelled a couple of items

Didn't get any unexpected substitutions

carparts4less is the sister company of Euro Car Parts.

Autodoc are fine if you are not in a hurry.

It can frequently take 2 weeks for stuff to arrive.

Other than that, prices are good, the part is what they say it is (e.g. not substituting brand X for Bosch.

I used them for a Sachs dual mass clutch & flywheel kit... which they unpacked from the Sachs box which had all the appropriate cut outs to locate the parts so they don't slide about in transit & then used the torn up remains of the Sachs box to repack loosely in one of their own braned boxes.
You can imagine the state it arrived in from Germany & the refund was only processed after I had sent a billion images showing the damage, what was left of the parts & two weeks after they had accepted the returned parts back in Germany so more than six weeks all in all. They might be good when things go well, but ECP, Halfords, GSF are preferable for a speedy resolution as you can at least have a face to face in a local depot when things do go wrong.
