2009 Audi Q5 Brake Malfunction? Abs Fuel Gauge Speedo

Ok update on the Q5. We’ve checked all harnesses in the front and no difference, they’re all sound. We discontinued the drivers door because it’s harness looked smashed, all wires were fine inside. Looks like I’m stuck- the cars radio and the dash have gone into SAFE mode. The fuel gauge has gone completely and the revs don’t even show- however all the lights are showing but they don’t flash making me thing it’s froze, oh well
