No idea where to get a key, but the right tool will get it off for you.

You can buy these at Machine Mart. They have a conical reverse thread inside that bites into the nut and turns it off.

Or, most tyre dealers will have a set of them, and will oblige, perhaps for a fee..

Then you need to buy a new set of lock nuts!

I'd bet a multi point socket of the correct size hammered on would have those off in no time, you'd probably even be able to knock them around with a hammer and a punch I reckon.

Looking at the state of the wheel, do you think it’s worth pinching?

Unless it's been torqued up by some idiot with an impact gun, one of these will probably get it off.

Its a crude tool, but it's come in handy for me on occasion. Buy two, in case the pins bend/snap.

Carflow Trilock bolts, you can probably get another key for them, but I would be hammering on an old socket.

And if you can't hammer on a socket, cut a slot in it with a grinder or Dremel, and a hammer and chisel will get some purchase on it.

Any good tyre bay will be able to remove them. Then bin them and fit normal wheel bolts. Locking bolts are complete waste of time.
