Vivaro Clutch

I am currently getting a whining noise but only when the clutch is pressed and revved, doesn’t seem to do it just driving normal only when clutch is pressed, any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Release bearing?

Thrust bearing. Could go on for ages, might break up sooner.
