Strange substance under centre console

Posting on behalf of a friend and hoping someone can help.

Shes found a pink stained substance under the centre console of her car?

Shes adamant it's nothing she's spilled and it's not milkshake etc.

Shes only had the car a few months & she's being told the damage that has been caused will not be covered under warranty (she bought it used).

Any ideas?

What damage has been caused? What caused the centre console to be removed?

The car was in the garage due to suspected electrical fault. She was driving the car down the motorway one day in the rain and all the warning lights came on and lit the dash up like a Christmas tree. They stayed on for the duration of the journey. When she started the car a bit later the lights stayed on & went off later in the day. It's a Hyundi Tucson.

So now the dealership are refusing to fix or cover under warranty due to finding this pink substance?!

Something the previous owner spilt ?
Some kind of valeting product over applied ? Is it sticky to touch ? children's medicine?

Did she buy it used from the same garage she has taken it to ?
