4 post lift help

Recently I purchased a 4 post hydraulic lift and have the lift all wired up and put in place all 4 posts bolted in place however the only problem I have is when the lift is raised up it will lower the other 3 posts but gets stuck on one post I have tried everything with brakes with levelling the lift and nothing will work
since this is the first lift I have ever put up I don't know if I have done anything wrong or not
