VW Scirocco 2.0 GT TSI 2008

Hi again, different but similar issue to my last post, I have a Scirocco 2.0 TSI GT 200ps 2008.
The car normally after long journeys and then been turned off and then drove again after a short while will throw out an epc light and the throttle pedal is really un responsive and will not rev higher than 3k rpm.
I plugged in Carista, a generic fault code reader and found that its throwing out 3 codes, and 1 obd2 code
OBD2 CODE: P0121 Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" circuit range/ performance
And then these two codes:
P3078 throttle control: airflow at idle too low
P0121 throttle position sensor(G69) implausible signal
And after resetting it to see if it would go, it goes away and comes back after another similar situation.
I have changed the throttle body, the MAF sensor, and the pedal itself and the issue is still there.
Additionally, the car doesn't have a clean steady idle, its jumpy and you can feel the car running a bit rough at times( not all the time). The rpm wont differ much, but you can feel its not happy.
Help on this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the reply, the throttle body I put on was cleaned with carb cleaner and has only been on for 2 weeks, if it was to get clogged up that fast, wouldnt that mean there is a big oil leak somewhere?
I forgot to mention, but it has happened on one occasion without a long journey involved as I have just remembered. I have seen online, similar issues, and people referring to common wiring issues with the pedal connectors, but no solutions. One theory I've seen is that the throttle pedal shares the same ground with the lambda sensors, which makes sense with the heat related issue, but I'm no mechanic.
The ecu issue is possible, would it be an easy fix with the ecu, to just buy one from the same model of car and fit that?
