Parts ordered off the App as it was around £10 cheaper for some reason, I did however,after reading reviews saying that any returns postage was paid for by the buyer pay an extra £3.95 for their insurance (for want of a better term) so any returns can and will be collected by themselves at no cost to myself, part of the order is air con condenser so postage to return that will be costly I guess

Who makes the deliveries in the UK for Autodoc?

I have tracking details (in German) currently 'in transit', i'm 99% sure I will be out when it gets delivered so just trying to be one step ahead

My parcel arrived today and was waiting for me when I returned home from work,no idea who delivered it as no card/paperwork left,just the package.Which ever delivery service it was the driver i'm guessng has no common sence!
This is the photo i took of where they left the parcel,10ft behind me is the main road!
No idea how long it had been there but thankfully it was still there when I arrived...

I spoke with my neighbours and they never signed for anything, they did think the delivery driver was going to leave the parcel with them as one was in the front garden.
Pretty safe where I live but that isn't the point as if it had been stolen I would have not had a clue it had even been delivered.

You can stipulate options for delivery too, not just the billing address.

The pitfalls of buying online and deliveries I guess unless you want to be constantly waiting in the house.

Could have at least stuck it around side or back if accessible so it's a bit more out of sight

I wasn't blaming AutoDoc,yes I would have liked a card through the door even though they left the parcel, as I said in my previous post if the parcel had gone missing I would have had no idea it had even been delivered,AutoDoc would have insisted it was...que a lot of hassle!
The delivery driver could have taken the extra 10/15 seconds to leave it at the rear out of sight
