Considering them for my dad’s Christmas; been on the list for a while but always been price prohibitive but it’s been a good year so going to treat him. Does anyone have any recommendations on the actual products or retailers? I’ve done a little research but reckon a few on here must have them. Cars in question are a Saab 93 and a L200, although I doubt he would ever use them for the L200 as he has oldskool ramps for that.

Yes looking at the scissor lift type; I don’t think he’d use it for his truck, just the car and he’s always working on it so it would be getting used a fair bit. Mains supply will be order of the day too.

That site was the first one that came up when I went looking, but then almost every other site seemed to be a copy (same pics, layouts etc) despite being a different site, so was trying to work out which is legit.

I’ve got Costco membership so will check out tomorrow - hoping there might be some BF deals to be had. Right now the Costco items a few hundred more than the quickjacklifts.co.uk option.

You may have already purchased one, however, the 5000slx is £400 off at the moment if its big enough for you, (too short for my E39).
