Eu and UK road transport

Just wondering how the proposed negotioations or leaving the EU would
affect the transport sector seeing as most of the rules and regulations we currenty run under are from the EU like drivers hours, speed limiters ,tachographs etc????

We would probably be under AETR regs if going outside the UK and they are virtually the same as EU regs nowadays

So not much difference then ???? pity It would nice to let the old FH rip,see that needle pass the 90 kph mark and set the cruise on a nice steady 100 kph while I rip up all the tacho charts
