How much can a standard Articulated lorry carry?
Discussion
I was driving down the M4 earlier and passed an articulated lorry, on closer inspection it was obviously the Sky Broadcasting truck heading for the Liberty Stadium for this weekends football. It got me thinking what kind of magic kit this rig was carrying and my mind soon wondered on to cost, I should imagine this rig was carrying millions of pounds worth of kit?
It got me thinking, whats do you think is the most valuable load carried on a standard UK Truck? Formula One team? Truck jammed full with Iphones? Sky Broadcasting truck? Do they carry gold/cash on artic lorries etc? Genuinely interested to hear some suggestions

I think that's the legal winner so far. Eye watering! May I ask how you would know such a random (but cool) fact?
I'm fascinated reading this thread. As a lot of you guys are obviously truckers, does the load on the back make you feel any different about the job? i.e. more nervous carrying £4m worth of Iphones compared to a load of laminate flooring for example
